Barbara Reeves with REMAX By The Bay met Brenda and Joe Morra on line when they were looking to relocate to Alabama with Joe’s work. The couple lived in Dublin, Georgia and needed a larger home for their family of six. They wanted a five bedroom home so everyone could have their own space. This was a challange for two reasons; the market was extermely hot and homes were selling within hours of the sign being placed in front of the home and most of the homes in the price range they were looking in had only four bedrooms.
