Feedback on HGTV’s House Hunters From Gulf Coast Alabama Cities of Daphne, Fairhope, Malbis, Mobile, Point Clear and Spanish Fort!
HGTV "House Hunters" Show Feedback From Viewers in Daphne, Fairhope, Malbis, Mobile, Point Clear and Spanish Fort!
I have had many phone calls and e-mails from all over the country since my appearance on HGTV’s "House Hunters" episode. I myself, watched it while holding my breath. I plan on watching it again to see what I missed while being blue from holding my breath. Suzanne Browning the director and Pietown did an outstanding job on the production. I had been wondering how they will condense all of the many hours of filming down to the twenty two minutes of air time. I am very grateful for this experience of a lifetime and I wish to thank everyone who had a part of making this project the success it was.
I have had a great many people call or e-mail to say their wish list is exactly like Joe and Brenda’s, they want four plus bedrooms with a bonus room, open floor plan and a swimming pool, they also would like it if I can find the same type of houses in Daphne, Fairhope, Malbis, Mobile, Point Clear and Spanish Fort at the same price as they were in the summer of 2005. Joe and Brenda bought their home between hurricanes Ivan and Katrina, after Katrina the market totally changed with the influx of people relocating from Louisiana and Mississippi. Now the same homes will sell for $100,000. more. Now we do have a lot of homes on the market for sale from which to choose, we are now in a buyers market.
