The show revolves around Joe and Brenda Morra relocating to the Mobile area because of a job transfer. They decided to relocate to Daphne a bedroom community accross the bay just eleven miles from Mobile. They faced quite a few challenges with this relocation, hurricane Ivan the year before had caused an influx of buyers from Florida who had lost their home in the panhandle of Florida. Daphne is just a one hour drive to Pensacola, Florida. Their next challenge was finding a home with five bedrooms, we decided that four bedrooms plus a bonus room would work just fine for the fifth bedroom. 

The bottom line Brenda and Joe found a great home in a great neighborhood, within their budget with all of their wants and things they hoped to find in their new home in Daphne met. You need to see the show to see how this all shakes out!
