Don’t Miss Alabama’s “Sea Monsters” McWane Science Center exhibit this Fall & on National Geographic

McWane Science Center will be showcasing prehistoric Alabama in their upcoming exhibit

The McWane Science Center of Birmingham Alabama is presenting a new exhibit
of prehistoric dinosaurs in fall of this year. Scheduled to open October 5th 2007, “Sea Monsters” is a complete
exhibit of the enormous and thriving sea-faring dinosaurs of 83 million years
ago. The unique feature of the exhibit
is due to the fact that all of the sea creatures represented resided in Alabama
millions of years in the past.

“Sea Monsters” will also include a virtual tour that offers visitors a
chance to see what life would be like for these amazing creatures. National Geographic will be airing a movie titled
“Sea Monsters” the day the exhibit opens this fall, and you will be able to
view it at McWane Science Center’s IMAX theatre as well.
