The absorbtion rate calculated with the closed and the under contract homes is a little over 6 months inventory. Twenty five homes in Fairhope expired and failed to sell with an average list price of $389,143 and a median list price of $334,400. The large inventory of homes on the market means that well qualified persons can find bargains in the housing market.
