The condo market made a strong come back with 82 units sold which was a 22.4% increase over June.

During the month of July 14 homes in Spanish Fort, Al sold with an average of $263,351 and a median sales price of $262,150. Calculating the absorbtion rate with the closed sales gives Spanish Fort a 7.6 month supply of homes on the market. Sixteen homes are under contract with an average sales price of $316,328. and a median sales price of $262,150.
