Data combined from Mobile and Baldwin County Realtor Associations show that 519 single family homes sold in Mobile County during the month of July with an average list price of $170,457. and a median list price of $144,900. Meaning the median point is the mid point where there are the same number of listings above as below this point. Ae the end of July there was 2,855 single family homes on the market with an average of 70 days on the market. 

Homes are selling, however they must show well, be in good condition and be priced right on the mark. There are many choices for qualified buyers today.
