Six Homes Reserved for First-Time Homebuyers in Downtown Mobile AL

The demolition of almost 800 units in downtown Mobile will mean exciting renovations to the area

Nearly 800 units will be torn down in downtown Mobile
Alabama
to pave the way to an entirely new neighborhood. Along with replacing the previous units with
homes they will also be building a senior complex and a shopping area. One neighborhood will remain, but receive
major renovations

This is also good news for first time homebuyers.  Six out of the 12 new homes planned for Church
Street East Historic District will be reserved for first time homebuyers only.

The demolition of the units in downtown will take
approximately three months.
