Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fairhope, and Robertsdale already have smoking bans in most public places, Summerdale joins the group

Summerdale Alabama has followed in the footsteps of many
surrounding Baldwin County towns by approving a no smoking ordinance this month. With this new ordinance, smoking will be
prohibited in most public places. The smoking ban is also a good move for
attracting other businesses to the town, as many restaurants want to be able to
offer customers a pollutant-free environment. 

Other towns that have joined in putting a no smoking
ordinance in place are Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fairhope, and
Robertsdale. Daphne Alabama is also
presently considering joining the list soon.
