The Baldwin County Association of Realtors has mixed news for April 2008.  While the number of homes sold was down 4.5% at 149 in April, the average sales price was 6.1% higher than in March.  $269,045 was the average, and these homes were on the market an average of 180 days.  At this time, there are 3,357 homes on the market in Baldwin County.
