The new town center development has 6,000 square feet of frontage along the Interstate 10 and having two signs to display the wealth of businesses available will encourage more people to stop by; this strip mall development is expected to offer Spanish Fort Alabama an economic boost and attract more national companies to the area.

Other businesses expected to come to the center include several car dealerships, hotels, sporting good stores, electronics stores, and several department stores; there has been talk that other businesses not mentioned by the press will sign on also due to the second sign being approved.
